Cleaning & Sanitizing
  • Our cleaning products meet CDC guidelines.

  • Frequently touched surfaces in the front & back of house are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.

  • The building is hospital grade cleaned 2 hours prior to the client event entry.

  • During events, the Venue Attendant will maintain restroom facilities and sanitize every 1 or 2 hours based on frequency of use.

  • We also provide sanitizing stations throughout the venue, masks and gloves for clients’ host/hostess greeting guests.

  • Health Screening Prior to Entry.

Employee Response Plan
  • Temperature checks are taken and Health Screening questions completed for all employees who enter our facility. These are recorded daily.

  • Procedures to respond to health situations that may arise have been implemented including the ability to provide the Health Department with Contact Tracing information should it become necessary.

Social Distancing
  • Adhering to Occupancy limits (Temporarily Closed per the Governor’s Mandate).

  • Limited face-to-face interaction.

Personal Protection
  • Face masks are required to be worn by all employees, vendors and guests.

  • Equipment, which may include face masks and gloves.

  • Gloves are required where appropriate by employees.

If you desire an in-person site visit, they are by appointment only and must be scheduled 24/48 hours prior. Each Site visit should be accompanied by a meeting notice and proposal from the designated location of the site visit.
