Our D Loft Lounge was created to bring life to the new business. As we take pivotal steps to business our lounge sets the stage for your business venture. From the pop-up shops, one -day boutique showcase, storefront for a day and event an artist presentation from clothing to food. We created the canvas and you design the floor. This open canvas is a perfect fit for those looking for an open and creative canvas of inspiration that will add value to their brand growth.

The space is equipped with a VIP/Conference space, TV, Fireplace, Full Kitchen space, 1 Full handicap restroom, and a large 1100 square foot open space ready for you.

All bookings are done in 4-hour intervals starting as early as 8am. Each client will receive 1-hour of set-up and 1-hour of breakdown with every booking. A list of vendors, event decor, catering, etc., can be provided upon request after booking. Our preferred vendors provide all D Loft clientele a 5-30% discount off their traditional rate.

Our in-house items for rent include a mobile bar, throne chairs, diamond tufted couch/love seat, red and sequins carpet, stanchion & ropes, Bluetooth speaker, podium, high top, square or round tables, additional rectangle tables, bar stools and additional Chiavari chairs. Our list grows daily.

Additional hours may be added at a rate of $25/hr for set-up prior to the start of the event and $50/hr after the start of the event. Clients are responsible for moving and setting up tables/chairs for setup as well as breaking down tables/chairs at the end of the event. The main area should be left clear, with all tables and chairs moved to the original holding area. Setup/Breakdown by the venue may be requested for a fee of $50.

All events require an additional refundable security deposit starting at $250-1000 dollars depending on use and event function, this is due the week or day of your event. This must be provided in the cashier's check or money. If it is provided electronically a fee will be deducted to off set the processing fee. All refunds are provided by appointment only the next business day upon conclusion of the event.

Prohibited acts that are a direct violation of the security deposit protocol are: fighting, smoking of any kind, biohazard issues and firearms/weapons. All Clients are responsible for removing trash, décor, and materials from the venue, failure to do so can result in partial or Full forfeiture of the refundable security deposit.
